When you replicate org from R/3 , you are deleting the existing org
structure in SRM and replaced it with HR Org structure.
As far as second part of your question, you are deleting Org structure in
SRM. EBP process wont be affected. You need to maintain attributes for this
org structure once org structure is replicated to SRM.This includes PO value
limit , etc..Also user assignment to purchasing group, and assignment of
purchasing group to correct purchasing org needs to be done manually in SRM
EBP process is controlled by user role assigned by security. Approval
process is taken care by n-level approval WF with BADI.
Since you have few users set up in SRM (As per your first email), it is a
robust design to have the procurement org set up in HR and bring over them
to SRM.
