Hi Tisha
The prorating is handled through creating a reduction rule (T559M) and
then linking that reduction rule to the quota.
The reduction rule will have:
Basic data = Employment pct. from Plnd Working Time infotype,
Key date = Day by Day in accr period,
Reduction rule = accr period,
To pcnt = No,
From pcnt = proportionate redn.
The SAP help on this table is quite good too.Shannon

Hi
I have a situation whereby i need to pro rate the annual leave as per
the work schedule as well as according to when the employee starts
working. Such as an employee who only starts on the 10th of a month. the
accrual still needs to take place monthly and we are currently using
time evaluation to generate our quotas. Can anyone assist me with how
the rule needs to be set up to accomodate this type of situation.
