RFC_CALCULATE_TAXES_DOC is supposed to be used with R/3 4.6C forward, due to updates in the US/Canada tax interface structures. FI-CAdoes have some processes where it mixes TAXES_DOC and TAXES1 in processes but non FI-CA systems are controlled by IMG configuration.

This might or might not be a very simple switch for you. I would start by
getting some advice from the software vendor of your sales tax package. The
complexity is going to be related to how customized you are, how much code
you have added to the user exits, etc.

Does anyone have any experience switching from 'RFC_CALCULATE_TAXES1' to
RFC_CALCULATE_TAXES_DOC? Watchouts? Can anyone tell me the differences
between the two FMs?
