Hi,
go to IW38, select the orders that you want to change and then use the functions in the menu or the buttons for the operation you want to do. If any problems occur (e.g. order cannot be closed due to planned cost/real cost) you will be given information about that.
If this is not sufficient then I would recommend to make LSMW batch input based on IW32. __.____._
