Hi All,
I have a scenario wherein 2.5 Million open items in Customer account needs to be cleared. The balancing figure will not be zero, complicating the clearing process. through background program. We need to know the difference amount beforehand to clear it by keying in the amount and running the program. Does anybody came across such a situation? Please let me know various possibilities for clearing line items within customer.
