Question from yellowdoor on Aug 5 at 7:47 AM Hi folks, We have a user who is unable to display any transfer order details using transaction LT22 and LT24. When we use these transactions and input exactly the same parameters, we are able to get results returned to the screen, but for this specific user no results are returned. Other standard WM transactions LT01/LT21/LT12/etc. All work with no problems. Our actions so far are: 1) We have investigated authorisations and placed a trace on the user via ST01 but there were no authorisation failures shown. 2) We then cloned the user account and these transactions work with the newly cloned account. 3) We deleted the old user account and created a new account using the same user name and results are not returned. Our workaround solution has been to ask the user to use the cloned account and we have disabled the original account, but we would like to know the cause and solution to this if anyone else has come across it.
