Hi

In Shift planning - actual - when you enter an activity and save the actual plan, it creates att/abs/subst as per the config for the activity type. It will also show the colour for the act.type as configured.
I am not sure if it reads existing IT 2001 if it has been created in PA30m or R/3 screen other than PP60/PP61. You need to test it out.

Regards, JG

Subject: Shift Planning - Display of Absence Data

Dear SAP HR Gurus

I am implementing Shift planning module in my organization, I am able to achieve a major part by displaying the Shifts of various employees along with weekdays.

However one of the requirement is to display in different Color if an Employee is on Annual or Other Leave.
Somehow this configuration is not visible to me in any configuration step.

I am using TC - PP60
