Hi In Shift planning - actual - when you enter an activity and save the actual plan, it creates att/abs/subst as per the config for the activity type. It will also show the colour for the act.type as configured. I am not sure if it reads existing IT 2001 if it has been created in PA30m or R/3 screen other than PP60/PP61. You need to test it out.
