We have faced this situation earlier. Even though support packages doesn't
affect our transactional data we have to restore entire database. It's not
possible to some files or tables. If you have proper tablespace backup
policy you can consider. Better to restore latest backup which was taken
before the support package upgrade. If you let us know what kind of problem
you are facing in support package upgrade we will try to help.
