Please set the parameter rdisp/wppriv_max_no =2 or 4 to prevent many work
processes entering into PRIV mode. Also, you can implement
rdisp/max_priv_time=600 parameter. As per my knowledge portal users don't
utilize ABAP dialog work processes. They use JAVA server threads. Please
check the utilization of SWAP memory utilization in ST06 and OS level
memory consumption also.
