Hi
Another way is to restrict through user exits LXPADU01 or 2. For both IT 0 & 1, include code to restrict the entry.
If you want to allow for certain user roles only, you can create specific roles or tasks, which can be allowed. You'd need to consult your Security expert for this.
In any case, if a user is allowed to create 9's, a reminder task in IT 19 may be created so that the position is corrected. This may be through T588G - Dynamic actions for IT 1.

I have a scenario while doing the hiring action users are entering a position id 99999999 instead of an actual position id. With this reports are getting affected.
