The Value of SAPLOCALHOST should only be the host name without the domain.
The value of SAPLOCALHOSTFULL should be the FQDN

Subject: Dispatcher down after changing SAPLOCALHOST parameter
Hi Experts,
I've changed SAPLOCALHOST in RZ10 to follow the correct FQDN. After restarting the system, database & SAP<ID>02 from services.msc, disp+work.exe doesnt up.
