Look guys;

I'm really so new to sap, my experience age in this application is only 6 weeks, so please try to explain everything you say as possible as you can.
Thanks alot jagan for your help but really i can't understand exactly what to do, but all i understood is that:
1-using fixed holiday with this configuration will guarantee that if the holiday came on Friday or Saturday, the employer will give the employee the following Sunday as a holiday, so the problem is sometimes the country chooses to give Thursday when the holiday comes on Friday, so if this happen i should make a new public holiday and assign it to my calendar and use it instead of this one, but the problem is this solution have some critical points:
first: the user of this application should call me anytime this case happens to fix it for him which is so bad as quality of service.
second: everytime this case happens i should regenerate my WSR again which may give me alot of errors.
at last of this point i really don't understand what to tell my ABAP to do and what will be the result.
2-about the other holiday i asked which seems to be floating, i can use floating holiday but the problem again is the guarantee, so it is the same problem.
at last thank you again for your care, sorry for long message.

Regards;
Mickey

Subject: Public Holiday (Time Management)

hi everybody.....

how are you?hope you all fine & enjoying your weekend.
as we talking about holidays, actually i want to define a public holiday but with some specific restrictions:
*one of them as follows:
1-has a fixed date.
2-the employer should guarantee it if it came on Friday, he should give it to the employee on the preceding Thursday.
3-if it came on Saturday the employer should give it to the employee on the following Sunday.
*The second one as follows:
1-it has not a fixed date.
2-the employer should guarantee it the same way as the above one.
3-this holiday doesn't come in the same day every year, it changes due to somethings that are not in the system.
so the question is how to define these holidays well.

thanks;
Mickey
