Hi Ged

You should not delete a WSR or T551A records, if used by an employee at any time, because if time eval or payroll retro'es to that date, the WSR details are required.

You may delimit WSR, so that they are not used in future.

To stop showing the WSR after the delimited end date, you may need to add code (as ABAP enhancement) in the part where it shows the list.

Hope this helps.
Regards, JG

Subject: Delimiting Work Schedules

Dear experts,

We have some work schedules that are no longer valid but need to be retained for historical purposes i.e. they have previously been used in staff records. I have delimited the records in tables T508A and T551C but there is no option to delimit in T551A. After delimiting I have deleted the 'new' infinity records from the tables leaving the previous record with a valid end date.

My problem is the schedule(s) are still available in the Personal Change Request (PCR) form drop down list in the portal.

How can I delimit entries in table T551A or am I missing a step somewhere?

Regards.
