We need some sort of error message from the upgrade logs to be able to assist.
The return code 0012 could mean just about anything.

At the time of UPGRADE I am getting one error in SQLDB_BAS_TCP and when I am
checking R3trans -d that is also returning error.
0012 database is not connected.

Please guide for this
