where can i add the said buffer?can you please give me a manual for this "adding buffer"

if you are not able to see TR log tx se10 then try to add buffer using given below command

following command:

tp addtobuffer <Transport Request> <SID> pf=TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL

Then
tp import <Transport Request> <SID> pf=TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL
