Hi Arvind,

Have you checked in "Maintain Controlling Area" - OKKP, whether you "commitment management" is active or not.
I guess that it is not. When you activate the same your problem will go, i.e. system will not
allow you to create even PR if it exceeds allocated budget. In other words the check starts from the PR stage.

ARI

Subject: Internal Order exceeded the Budget and tolerance limit

SAP Expert,

We are facing one problem related to Internal Order. We create Internal orders and provided budget through KO22. We configured tolerances 10%. Internal order normally does not allow to create purchase order when used as account assignment in the PO, but we found in some cases, 3 - 4 cases, they allowed to create PO and MIRO above the budget and it is up to doubles and three times. We verified the POs created and IV processed against PO, but do not find the reason of allowing above the budget amount.

Can you please provide some clues to check further?

Regards,
Arvind
