Hi Sekhar,
Are you trying to send your output directly to the network printer? Or are you trying to send the output to a print management server, which will then forward it on to the correct printer? The configuration in SPAD is different for these two options.
For example, when we send output directly to the network printer (not SAP's recommendation, by the way), we use the printer's domain name (or IP address) in both the Host Printer and the Destination Host fields, and we leave the port number field blank.
If you are using a print management server (we use Windows File and Print) then you first need to install and configure the SAPSprint daemon on the print server. Then in SPAD you put the printer's name as it is known to the print server in the Host Printer field, and you put the domain name of the print server in the Destination Host field. You must also fill in the port number field with whatever port was configured when you set up the SAPSprint software (I think the default might be 515, but I'm not sure).
I hope this helps and doesn't just add to the confusion.
