How do I get rid of inventory with a 999 storage type and storage bin showing SCHROTT?

In LS24, this inventory shows as finished goods F200. The inventory is actually a negative number. I am trying to delete these batches from our inventory. The storage type is 999 and storage bin says SCHROTT.
