Hello SAP gurus,

Let me start off by saying I recently discovered how to reverse goods issue to a delivery via VL09 (movement 602) and then subsequently issuing a transfer order which places the goods back to where they were issued from via LT0G. Obviously, the ability of the system to place goods exactly where they came from is extremely vital under many circumstances, and the fact that LT0G does this automatically for delivery reversals made me wonder if there was any analogous command for production reversals.

Currently, when reversing goods issued to a production MIGO is used with movement 262. This will place the goods back to the 914 storage type for production and placed in a bin referencing the production order (this is similar to what VL09 does for deliveries). At this point the process must be handled manually (usually via LT10) which is extremely cumbersome.

In summary, my question is: Is there a better way to handle reversing goods issued to a production to ensure that they are placed back in the bin in which they were originally issued (and perhaps preserved the original GR-Date, if the bin was completely consumed)?

Thank you in advance,
Kuro
