If a PM Order is un-TECO'd, the system sees this as the work was not really done or needed some rework. Then the re-TECO sets the real Completion Date (the new date). I take it that the users are un-TECOing the PM Orders for other reasons more times than for the reasons I mentioned. The Completion Date comes from the Reference Date proposed when TECOing the PM Order. Users can back date to the original date if they need to un-TECO for one of the other reasons. The Reference Date proposed can be configured to other options, e.g. Basic Start, Basic Finish. This thread covers the options: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/745149 The question is the thread is the same as yours. There was no answer in 2008 either. I'm sure you can utilize a User Exit and custom program to propose the original TECO Reference Date if it has a major benefit. TRE

Currently users are un-TECOing PM Orders and then re-TECOing with a new date so that it changes the 'Completion date' on the Maintenance Plan. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
