The carry over is supposed to happen on the anniversary date and the balance is getting carried over successfully. The problem is the accrual stops at 40 in the new anniversary year. Now I have placed a limit of 40 in the table as the requirement is the employee can only earn up to 40 hrs in a given year but I need the accrual to continue even after 40 in the new year as the employee can accrue 40 hrs every year.
