Actually the issue was in the work center capacity was not maintained till 2020. Capacity is maintained only after 2020 so that is the reason new work order basic start date was shifting to 2020.
Thanks now issue is solved.

Hi Team,
When work order is created from maintenance plan basic start date is moved to 2020 year. Actually basic start date should be planned date that is (August 2017) but it is coming as Feb 2020 year. Can you please suggest what will be the reason for this.This happens to same work center maintenance plans only.
