Also check the default settings directly on the printer. Maybe someone set the default number of copies to 2 directly on it.
Also, tell us which printing method you are using as there might be other things to check elsewhere.

Hello,
We are using a customize Tcode for Delivery Note Print "ZDC".
From last few weeks whenever user try to print a single page it takes 2 printout !
If user gives two Prints it takes four prints.
Please suggest to troubleshoot.
