First, since the transport request starts with "RD1K" the transport was created in the RD1 system which is no longer a member of the same transport domain as the RQ1 system. That would be the cause of your TPPARAM message. The RD1 domain controller no longer knows anything about the RQ1 system since you have removed RQ1 from the RD1 domain and have added it to the TST domain.

In order to accomplish what you are trying to do you need to manually copy the cofile and data file from the transport directory of the RD1 system to the transport directory of the RQ1 system. You can then go to the import buffer (tcode STMS in RQ1) and use menu option "Extras -> Other Requests -> Add" to add the transport to the import buffer of RQ1. If RD1 and RQ1 already share the same transport directory, then you can skip the part about manually copying the files.

Another alternative would be to set up a domain link between the RD1 system and the TST system. That would let you move transport files between the two transport domains.

I have one major concern with what you are trying to do, however. Unless the TST system started out as an exact copy of the RD1 system, you are asking for trouble if you insist on importing transports from two different development systems into your QA system. How are you ensuring that transports from RD1 don't overlay objects in transports from TST (or vice versa)? This can lead to inconsistencies and errors. If you feel you must do this, then you should first import the RD1 transport into the TST system, and then you can move it to the RQ1 system. Or, better yet, you should have never removed the RD1 system from the transport path and replaced it with the TST system. I don't know your reasoning behind this, but this is generally a bad idea.

Hope this helps.

Dave

Subject: Message Number # TP124

Hello,

Current STMS Path is

TST --->> RQ1 ---> RP1

Previously it was

RD1 ----------> RQ1 ------> RP1

I want to Transport a Request RD1K912415 on RQ1 by copying cofile & data file.

But whenever Relaeasing Transport it give a message like

"Test call of transport control program (tp) ended with return code 0012"

I have checked STMS > System Overview > SAP System all Three option are correct.

Finally I checked the logs of Transport Request and found this Error :

Target system RQ1 not defined in TPPARAM file Message Number # TP124

I dont want to disturb existing STMS path just want to Transport this Request on RQ1.

Please suggest.

Regards,
swapz
