I have a problem when I want to see an attachment from a service order, the file does not appear because the file in the SAP Content Server
Has a different name, the file name has this format:
Original Name: photo.jpg
Name in Content server: photo_20170520145326.123_X.jpg FILENAME_AAAAMMDDMMSS. ### _ X.EXT
Problems:
- is that when I want to see the file I have a message that can not be seen because the file extension is not known.
- when we download the local file and change the extension and want to open we have a message that the file is damaged.
We check the properties of the attachments, and all files have as Document Format: text element,
We believe that this is the problem of renaming the file and that the files are corrupted.
How can we change the format of the Text Element document to Binary?
We have configure Archivelink GOS with SAP Content Server 650 on Windows Server 2012.
Any idea on how to solve this problem?
