Thank you very much so prompt revert. I was out of my company network and was not able to access the servers via VPN due to network issues. Fortunately the AIX administrator restarted the server and mounted all FIle sys's and this server started.
Thank you for knowledge sharing and I will keep posting my doubts to you all.

I have BI DEV server which started successfully in AIX or ssh login DB,Lsnrctl and R3. but when i check ps -aef|grep dw it is returning to command prompt without any result. Due to this the server is not accessible to development team for access and giving error.?
