Oracle Apps:-

ORA-20001: FLEX-EXCLUDED BY XVAL RULE: N, MESSAGE, The IBAN Number is of invalid length. Enter a valid IBAN Number containing AE followed by 21 digits.

But while checking the length and order is correct
