provided 777 permissions for stat file
No issues with Time zone match[Run the report .. no inconsistencies found]

Subject: ST03 Aggregated Value is not Populating (Under All Instances)
Can't find ST03N aggregated value of system but can see individual instances value.
1) saposcol is running
2) SAP_Collector for Perfmon is running every hourly
3) individual instances data is collecting correctly and can find in ST03N but not totally
