This is quite normal during a client copy, but you can use Tx ST02 and check which buffers have large paging figures.
You can adjust these buffers, but if you have only got this during a client copy and not in the normal running you can ignore the messages.

Hi Experts,
Brief information about our QAS system:
- SAP: SAP ECC 6.0 EHP5
- DB: MS SQL 2008 R2 (Ver 10.50)
- OS: Windows Server 2008 R2.Standard (64 bits)
- SAPGUI 7.20
We've recently performed a local client copy task within the QAS system, the task had been completed successfully, no problem at all. However, there are some errors in SM21 log indicating: "memory overflow in buffer synchronization".
How can this error be fixed?
Appreciate for any of your advice.
