Yes it is possible. First of all there is no events for BOM business object
is *BUS1080*. So what you have to do is first go to SWO1 T-code delegate
business object create a event. After go to SWEC T-code, assign event
name ( Which we have created), business object and select change radio
button. save & activate it.
Now event is created for the business object* BUS1080*.
Create a workflow, create a user decision step with combination of approval
and reject. If your manger is approve or reject automatically the
corresponding mails should be displayed.

Now the actual requirement is .. whenever a particular BOM changes.. an email will go to higher authority, he will approve those changes & then that BOM changes should take place.. Is it possible??. If yes please suggest how?
