I am also new to this, i have searched and i am not able to pick up the 415. please take me through the process to determine the excel format and columns and rows that need to be polulated in the template for upload.

In my client we have forecasts every quarter where we revisit the plan and adjust it to be more realistic.
When I am uploading my excel budget in KP06, I get the error
Value 415 in field "Period" is greater than the total amount (=012)
Message no. K9018
Diagnosis
In either the initial transaction screen or within layout definition, value 415 was entered for characteristic Period.
However, the largest value allowed is 012.
System Response
The entry in the initial screen/layout definition is rejected.
Procedure
Change value 415 for characteristic Period accordingly.
Can anyone assist me with steps of how to resolve this.
