Reply from Nikki Klein on Nov 27 at 12:57 PM Hi Linh, I'd look into implementing the Electronic Bank Statement, or else use the Online Cashed Checks functionality (t-code FCHR). Both of these would need you to get a data file from the bank, but it would speed up and automate your clearing and reconciliation process. Nikki

After money already/actually gone out from our bank account, our accountant will clear from Outgoing bank clearing account (OBC) to Main bank account (MB). Normally, when we receive refund from bank (eg: for wrong beneficiary info), we would book: Dr. MB Cr. Vendor (AP) After that we will run APP (F110) for this item again. But sometimes, there're too many documents to be cleared that they are stucked there and not yet cleared even when bank already refunds for wrong beneficiary info. The question is: Should or shouldn't we follow above process, or are there any shortcut to skip clearing and then post incoming payment, and then run F110? Thank you very much. | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community. Start today. _.____.__ |
