We do not have SRM and BBP_PO is in SRM. I have read that I can download the template but no path was given to the download. I may just resort to asking SAP.

If I am reading this right, SAP still comes with SAPScript and the default
PO. I do see /SMB40/MMPO_A, but I imagine that is what you've already been
refered to. If by some chance your forms have been erased, you should be
able to get default forms from client 000.
