Reply from VidhyaDhar on Oct 15 at 2:32 AM Hi, If the number range intervals are already used, then overlap is never allowed by SAP. Since the number ranges for customers and vendors happen at client level and shaareable across many account groups, it would be a wise idea to assign an existing number range and use the interval for your company code also. It would be a wiser idea to look for a number range which has been used minimally ( look for the current number field ) so that you get a good buffer range of customers / vendors ( am assuming that you are planning to use internal numbering ). The two digit No. which you are putting might already be used for other customer group. Just go to T-code OBAR and check which intervals are free.
