Hi,
The process which you mentioned require much more physical control
rather than system control however as far as standard SAP is concern
there is no configuration available.
My suggestion is
step 1-print document no
step 2-prnit bar code (storage unit no, document no, material no.bin
no wit quant)
step 3-TR creat
step 4-Create TO
while pasting the sticker on the pallet make a provision in the RF
scanner to scan the SU no from the Sticker and populate all the SU
related detail. Make a provision in RF scanner to scan the material
barcode pasted by vendor and validate the same with SU detail. if it
match then paste the same on the pallet else check another pallet.
step 5-confirmed TO
