I have checked tcode S_P99_41000099, and have defined Language EN in the tabs Sending Country language and Language for literals. All displays on English but country of vendor displays on Russian just the same. I would like to note that generally SAP is customized in Russian Language. And we have foreign users which work in system on English language.
