Please check settings in your selection variant. Payment list is program RFZALI20 o tcode S_P99_41000099. In selection screen you have a tab called "Selections", in that tab you have a "Language Control" section. You can define a Sending Country language and Language for literals.
Maybe selection variant you are picking through F110 has "RU" language set as default.
