Would you please check document flow the delivery which you made wrong PGR. And also check the goods movement status in delivery. If you could not find the material document in the delivery flow and the goods movement status is showing 'A'. Then you have not yet performed the PGR yet. Please check and let us know. For this I raised a return order through VA01 with order type Z30.& save it. The delivery was auto generated by system. Then through VL02N the PGI was done. After that I realize that I have chosen the wrong customer. Now I want to cancel the delivery. I tried through VL09 but unable to do a message of No data is coming. I tried to drop the product in vl02n but an error come customer requested complete delivery. Can any one tell me how to cancel or delete this PGI/Order?
