Try to use transaction AIBST2.
It should give you the list of GL accounts coming from asset account determination with the differences between GL balances.

How do we go to check if the balance of FBL3N against Asset balance is different? There is a certain asset class which is not tally to the GL balance. What is the possible reason to check? No FI entry was made.
