Have you checked out the "template" feature of EhP5 ?

It exists for both Requisitions as well as POs. If you do not have EhP5, this will not work.

If you want further help, do let me know.

Deepak

Subject: Copy a Requisition in SAP to Create a Duplicate Requisition...

Hi,
Looking to see if there's an alternative way of copying a Requisition in SAP, other then ME51N. Reason for asking is to see if there's a quick way of updating the AccAss/Delivery date on the 'new' Requisition as this will differ to what's on the existing donor Requisition, opposed to changing this data line by line on the 'new' Requisition as the 'repeat on' functionality for the Acc Ass won't work for copied Requisitions. I should mention that this is for non codified materials (expensed items).
Option to upload from Excel directly into SAP may be a solution for us but presumably this wouldn't be standard functionality and would require config etc, hence my request to see if there was another method of copying Requisitions in SAP that would satisfy our requirement.

Thanks.
