You try one appropriate GL a/c matching the the service.
Otherwise activate that GL A/c which to want to use.
Without activating the GL you cant add that.
So be careful at the time of service & GL ac selection.

I am trying to maintain Service Entry sheet by T-Code ML81N
When i try to save the SES it asks me for a GL Account
So what i have done is i created a GL account with reference to G/L Account 417000 and Company Code 1000 and tried to put that in, it still doesn't make any difference
It says " GL Account XXXXXXXX cannot be used (Please correct) " |
