Of course I am not an expert but I know that I have to obey all SAP rules. I have used the same BAPI in one of my programs and I know that I have to fill the three fields of header record in this BAPI. Those fields are
OBJ_TYPE, OBJ_KEY and OBJ_SYS.
I send you our source so that you may know the fields and their values.
