Hi Pat
You may need to use one of the user exits for this purpose which is available in the transfer part of the function QUOTA. Look at the ABAP code for the function (provided you are using RPTIME00 for time eval and abs quota generation). Discuss with a programmer.

Does anyone know a way of transferring a percentage or a specified amount of leave accruals to entitlement as at a given transfer date ? User Exit ??
Example: leave accrual value is 160 hours as at transfer date of 30.06.2007. Requirement is to have only 140 hours transfer to entitlement, with the remaining 20 hours remaining as an accrual.
