In V_T559L - there is one table with leave entitlement. This may be configured as yearly entitlement or a firtnightly, etc, depending on how often the quota is accrued. You can change this eff.from any date.
Then run the time eval back to 01.07.05.
Should not this change the employees' work schedule? You need to discuss with the HR or business area.
Also note this may require you to change the absence deduction also.

There is an issue which needs to the tackled .Employee's on work schedule are currently accruing Annual Leave , Long Serv Leave & Sick Leave based on a 40 hour week.
All employees should accrue leave based on 38 hours per week effective 01.07.05.
