Hi If an update to employee data is for a previous period as compared to the employee's last pay period end date, then the IT 3 - master data change, PDC recalc date would be changed based on the infotype's config. It is possible this could affect the employee's time eval results / payroll results. If the purpose is that these dates are not to be changed when you run the mass update, then a) For each infotype you are changing, note down these settings b) List IT 3 for the employees being updated and save the list c) Remove the retro impact for the infotypes d) Complete the mass update e) List IT 3 again for the employees, compare with the list in b) above and ensure the IT 3 is not affected. If affected, put back the status as per the list in step b) f) Revert the infotypes' settings from the list in a). Hope this helps. Regards, JG
