Hi Nasser,

The amt calculated for payments in IT 2010 is to be added to total salary w/t /101. This is normal and correct.

If the empl has been overpaid (or paid more than entitlement) earlier, then IT 2010 with negative hours or amt will reduce the payment. Or change the previous IT 2010 to show the correct hrs or amt.

If the OT hrs is through IT 2002, then change it to show the correct hrs.

If the earlier hours or amt is correct but employee has been paid through other means like check or bank transfer, then enter IT 11 for that amt. This will reduce the amt to be paid in w/t /550.

Hope this helps.
Regards,

JG

Subject: Late Payment in IT2010 Is Being Added to Total Salary Not Deducted

I have created a late payment like overtime in IT2010 but the calculation is being added to total rather than being deducted the calculation is all perfect though. I want it to be deducted from the salary not added. I have checked Table v_T511 it is a deduction wage type. Thanks In advance.

Kindly advise.
