Hello,
Well, jobs might run for several hours. Some recommendations... First, check the job documentation what this job is doing and how long it is supposed to take.
Second, check the job monitoring for current thresholds and to check how long it took 'in the past' (ie trend analysis, ...).
Third, analyze what is going on, ie SM50, ST05, ST12, ...
