You could look for the transport objects that took it to QA and use
transport search by object to to determine what other transports had those
objects. There is however no guarantee based on that because transports can
be deleted without release and then there will be very little left of
them...

That is correct!
But in this case the project did not exist when I created my project but
when I am checked in my QA and Production system a project existed. So I was
wondering, How can I find out who deleted it in Development box?
