Hi Vijay,

I would suggest you to look into the standard BAdI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST with Method IF_EX_ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST where the PO item pricing condition for freight condition type will be updated as soon as the carrier (freight vendor) is updated in the PO.
