As Mandar said, this post needs more info.
However, problems in abs quota may happen if abs quota rec IT 2006 is created for a wrong date.
Best way to input abs quota at go-live or adjust after, is to use IT 2013 with 'Transfer collected entitlement immediately'' (key value 'X' if I remember correctly - I do not have access to SAP now). Then run time eval; it creates a IT 2006 record with the start date = the date in IT 2013. The rest of the dates depend on how the config is set up in 'validity and deduction periods' in V_T559L.
If leave rec is to be entered, it should be done after above steps.

Dear Gurus,
We are dealing with negative time management. As per our company policy an employee is eligible for 30 days of annual leave in a year. During our migration to SAP we have uploaded our existing employees and the leave quota was calculated manually and updated in system through LSMW.
Now we are facing the problem that while running PT60 leave quota not getting for some of the employee whom we have hired after implementation (through New hire).I checked for few employees with display log and got the error msg as
STOP: No rule under key $ ZJAL*****= ** **
Technical error no. 57
28.03.2010 Processing terminated for EE 0000XXX XXXX.
Can anybody help me out in this? This is not happening for all the employees.
